Using Foxfire on a single monitor works just fine.  But on dual monitors, we sometimes don't get all the pages in the report preview screen. The last two or more pages won't display and the next/last buttons are disabled.  They print correctly; it's just confusing to our users because they can't view all the pages.  Has anyone seen this behavior before?
