Request Import/Export Features

I am trying to support a client using the request import and export features but cannot import the file she created. I receive the message "...the XML Engine returned the following message Switch from current encoding to specified encoding not supported. on line 1. You may need to edit this file before importing."

So, I then choose a request and exported it, renamed the request and tried importing it. Same message. I cannot find any reference to this feature in the help.

Any hints as to what I can do?

It sounds like the export file has some strange characters in it. Can you email it to support@foxfirereporting.com so we can take a look at it?
