I have the administrator version on my pc. When I attempt to look at the User License Monitor under the System Administrator tab, I get an error "Could not find End User License registration file, FFENDUSER.FRG. Application will exit".

How can I recover this file? What is this file used for ? A search of the help files did not find any reference to it.
