Jahir,

I just sent you an email on this but let me identify what has happened.

When you place an order that returns an error, a hold is placed on the credit card but the funds are not withdrawn. Your bank will eventually reset your balance. This is very similar to how hotels work with reservations.

I have re-verified what was happening on the charges and the problem was caused by the fact that your bank card is not supporting AVS. This has now been corrected and you should be able to place the order now.
